About the Company

Since its founding in Cyprus, Weygant Enterprises Limited has built its reputation on one landmark achievement: giving rise to OMEGA, the company behind VARUS - one of Ukraine's largest food retail chains.

What began as a single supermarket in Dnipro in 2003 has grown into a nationwide network of 118 stores, spanning classic supermarkets, compact VARUS To Go locations, VARUS Home, and the VARUS.UA online service.

This growth reflects the core of our investment philosophy: long-term equity participation in businesses with strong operational foundations, transparent governance, and durable market positions - not short-term gains.
